NEW STUDIO & GALLERY

I have just aquired a new Studi & Gallery space that I am so excited about.  For the first time since I moved from Mississippi, 7 years ago, all of my ceramic equipment is out of storage and being set up in my new space.  I have areas in my new space that will be used for sewing, encaustic painting and of course, jewelry making.
I am very excited about the prospect of this place/space.  It is in an industrial parkway that also houses our business offices and there are a lot of folks around me that do custom woodworking, welding, graphic design & sign making, etc.  The prospects of what we could all do with our crafts as a whole and on an artistic level is so exciting.  I hope I can spark enthusiasm in others so that they may in turn help me keep my artistic vision going!!!

This is my entry for my sister Tammy who survived Breast Cancer while she was also surviving the wrath of Hurricane Katrina...she is the Ultimate Survivor!!!

This is the beauty of nature...the true artist!  Sad though that this beautiful bird consumed all of the items he did...ADAPTING TO MAN'S PRESENCE!

Went out on a friends boat for her birthday yesterday (Sunday) and saw one of the most spectacular views of the pass and then to top it off there was the sunset.  All of the other boats had left so we had this tremendous view to enjoy...it was a rarity but very much appreciated all of it's beauty!!!
